Arrowhead Manor about us. The Arrowhead Manor was built in 2004. It was originally being built as a single family residence but rezoned to a B&B in 2005. Arrowhead was built with high end finishes like travertine, granite, marble, knotty alder, slate, black walnut floors. It has private hot tubs, jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. There are gorgeous mountain views but not far from Denver. Also, we are 420 friendly.

Great location with a town a mile away that has everything you need. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, fast food, banks and more. Nicest 420 Friendly B&B in Colorado
Additionally, Arrowhead is the nicest 420 B&B in Colorado. It is 100% legal to smoke anywhere on our property. We don’t allow smoking indoors because it is too hard to remove the smell. Some people want a smoke free experience. Some rooms have private smoking decks and if not, there are plenty of smoking areas around the building just a few feet from your room.
