All Inclusive Colorado Wedding From $8995
First off, congratulations! We are genuinely excited about your personal, one of a kind, twitter worthy, wedding that you and the love of your life deserve! Are you looking for a romantic wedding venue? Look no further! Arrowhead Manor was built on romance! Rent a small mansion for your event! We rent our event space in an all inclusive package or venue only, for events up to 45 people. Rent all of Arrowhead for your next event. It’s convenient, luxurious, and the bride and groom (and 14 other special overnight guests) don’t have to drive anywhere afterwards! With overnight accommodations for 18 people, it makes for a special event. Wake up in the morning to a hot breakfast with breathtaking mountain views! Enjoy luxurious furnishings and decorations, great southern views, and close proximity to Denver (only 30 minutes) yet with a mountain feel. Let us make your special day perfect for you.
Planning a wedding can be stressful. When you ask will you marry me in Colorado, let Arrowhead take the stress away. Our base inclusive package for 45 people includes the following:
- ceremony area set up with white padded wedding chairs
- guest service package (table cloths, napkins, dinner plates, dessert plate, forks, knives, wine glasses, water glasses)
- 7 hours of event time (two hours set up, 4 hours event, one hour break down)
- Use of house stereo with iPod hook up in event area and ceremony area
- tables and white padded wedding chairs for the reception and buffet line
- valet parking
- overnight room rentals to sleep 18 people (may be negotiated in off season)
- breakfast for the overnight guests the following morning
- buffet menu choices with two entrees
- set up and break down of tables and chairs
- Chocolate covered strawberries in Bride and Grooms room
- Silk rose petals on the bed in Bride and Grooms room

Our vendor list makes it easy to choose a DJ (if wanted), flowers, cake, and officiant. Save a bunch of money by supplying your own liquor (liquor store on the vendor list provides free delivery and pickup of unopened liquor)! The overnight guests will enjoy a hot breakfast the following morning with awesome southern views. People really enjoy the overnights rooms as it allows the overnight guests to hang out and chat (kind of like a reunion) but still be able to relax in their private rooms. Weddings are normally so rushed that the bride and groom don’t get much opportunity to catch up with guests they have not seen in a while. Pick your favorite 18 people to stay overnight and the remaining room for the bride and groom. No drinking and driving, no stress getting to another hotel for the night. Just relax and unwind right onsite at the end of your big day. Take a hot bath or soak in your private hot tub looking at the stars! Wedding Venue Only Rental from $1999
If you are looking for just a venue only for your wedding or event, Arrowhead can help with that too. Say marry me in Colorado and start the wedding ball rolling. Some people prefer to put everything together themselves or have people they know that can help them save some money. All rentals need to come from Colorado Party Rentals. They have a great selection, fair pricing, and are used to working with us. Other than that, you can supply your own servers, food, DJ, flowers, officiant and cake to complete the wedding. Arrowhead will still supply the chairs and tables, including setting them up and taking them down. This includes the ceremony area on the main deck and the reception area one level below. You are still able to supply your own liquor to save even more (liquor can add thousands with an open bar!). Overnight accommodations are required when booking in high season (May-September, and some select days in off season). From just $2000.
Colorado Elopement Packages starting at $499
Looking for a Colorado elopement? Arrowhead offers the most competitive elopement pricing in Colorado, and we include pictures! Our Colorado elopements start at just $499 (Monday/Thursday), $599 on Friday and Sunday and only $799 on a Saturday (or holiday), when also renting an overnight room. We don’t offer elopements without an overnight room rental. Reading of the vows (by one our officiate assistants, you are actually your own officiate), wedding music playing, signing of the wedding certificate, first dance as man and wife, and digital pictures (you should see the views!) are all included! (note: pictures taken by amateur staff photographer) Just show up with your wedding certificate and we take care of the rest. In the off season, you can get married from just $699 plus taxes!
