Our restaurant, ECO, adheres to a farm-to-table philosophy. All culinary ingredients are sourced locally, either from our organic farm or from local organic producers. The menu features the finest seasonal ingredients, thereby reducing food miles and supporting local agriculture.
How do we maintain water sustainability?
ECO Lifestyle + Lodge is water-sustainable as a result of our innovative program, ECO SKY WATER. This process extracts water from the atmosphere using only solar energy. Once extracted, minerals are added and the water is bottled in the solar facility of the lodge. In accordance with our commitment to the environment, we package our still and effervescent water in reusable glass bottles with seeded paper labels and their still water in sports bottles made entirely of non-GMO plant material.
How can tourism contribute to sustainability?
