Your meal is cooked fresh, just for you, using local Denver ingredients and a rotating menu that changes every day. You get three choices each morning, including a daily special that gives you something new to try.
Your breakfast starts with a fresh fruit plate, hot Community Coffee from Louisiana, and juice. Community Coffee is shipped in every month and has become a favorite here — rich, dark, and smooth. After your first course, your hot entrée is made to order in the kitchen. The setup feels relaxed and private. You sit at your own two-top table, not a communal table with strangers like at many B&Bs.
The setting adds to the experience. Breakfast is served in the Great Room from 8:30am to 9:30am, where floor-to-ceiling windows look out across the foothills. Morning light washes over the mountains, and the room stays quiet with soft background music. Many say breakfast ends up being one of their favorite parts of their time at the manor.
