Directions to Arrowhead Manor:
9284 US Hwy 285, Morrison, CO 80465
FOLLOW ALL THE WAY TO FINAL DIRECTIONS BELOW PLEASE:
As soon as you get on Hwy 285, FINAL DIRECTIONS ONE MUST FOLLOW TO ARRIVE AT ARROWHEAD:
Arrowhead directions are easy. We are located between mile marker 239 & 240, on the south/left side of the street. However, the median prevents you from turning left into our driveway. Instead, please exit just after mile marker 239, on the right hand side, at the Meyer Ranch exit. Make a u-turn (or cloverleaf like loop) right back onto Hwy 285 North, heading back toward Denver. Once getting on the Highway to go back toward Denver on Hwy 285 North, please go slowly, counting to ten as you go. We are the first driveway on the right. Look for the horse statue, and then please either use parking directions sent via email or call 303-738-8454, during normal check in hours 4-6 pm, for directions.
Directions To Get To Highway 285 From Other Areas
Denver/Lakewood/Golden Areas: Take 6th Ave West to I-70 West.
Take an immediate right onto C-470 South/East, then turn right onto US-285 South, toward Fairplay. Travel approximately 10 miles up U.S. Hwy 285.
Then follow “Final Directions” paragraph.
Directions From Downtown Morrison (Red Rocks): Take Hwy 8 to the south to 285 south (stay right at the fork).
Travel approximately 10 miles on 285. Then follow “Final Directions” paragraph.
Directions From Denver International Airport: Go north on Pena Blvd. Continue on Pena Blvd. to I-70 W
Take I-70 W to CO-470 east exit.
Take exit 260 (CO-470, Colorado Springs) on right.
Continue on CO-470, Colorado Springs to US-285 South/ Fairplay exit.
Travel approximately 10 miles up 285. Then follow “Final Directions” paragraph.
Directions From Colorado Springs: Take I-25 north towards Denver. Take exit 194 (C-470, Grand Junction, Limon) then take the C-470 West exit towards Grand Junction. After about 20 minutes, take the US-285 South exit towards Fairplay. Follow the “final directions” paragraph.olorado Springs:
DIRECTIONS FOR LOCALS, IN CONIFER, EVERGREEN, OR UP HIGHWAY 285
Conifer: King’s Soopers in the Aspen Park Conifer area:
Exit onto 285 North. Continue on 285 North for 1.6 miles.
We are the first driveway on the right, after Meyer Ranch Turkey Creek exit.
Look for horse statue on right hand side.
Evergreen: Go West on CO-74. Bear left onto CO-73.
Continue on CO-73 to Barkley Rd.
Turn left on Barkley Rd. Continue up Barkley road.
Pass stop sign up to the overpass.
Turn right towards 285 N. Take 285 N for about 3 miles.
We are just past Meyers Ranch Park. Look for the horse statue on the right.
Again as told above, here are FINAL DIRECTIONS ONE MUST FOLLOW TO ARRIVE AT ARROWHEAD:

We are the very first driveway on the right. Look for the horse statue and turn in. PLEASE once in the parking lot drive less than 2 miles per hour and watch in front and behind and next to your vehicle to see all other vehicles and pedestrians. Also please understand children, or small animals of neighbors and/or others may be in our lot, so please be very extra careful to drive slow in the lot.
Before leaving your location, make sure you know what to do when arriving at Arrowhead as follows:
BNB Guests are sent directions on how to check in, and where to park, those checking in should turn left at the horse statue and follow parking and check in directions sent via email; Visitors/Vendors/Providers should call the person who hired them ahead for parking directions-Please don’t forget ALL Visitors/Vendors/Providers MUST be hired through Arrowhead Management; Event Guests/Vendors should review your Invitation Parking and Arrival Instructions which should have been provided by your Event Hosts, or call your Event Hosts’ Event Date Contact.
