Tiny Town
Tiny Town is a one of Colorado oldest attractions located just 8 miles from Arrowhead Manor. Nestled in a scenic mountain canyon, Tiny Town has over 100 unique 1/6th sized buildings. One of the most popular attractions in Tiny Town is the world famous Tiny Town Railroad. It takes kids and adults on an enchanting loop around the town and chugs up scenic Turkey Creek Canyon. Meyer Ranch Open Space
Meyer Ranch Park provides the perfect setting for an enjoyable hike or family picnic. The large, grassy meadows and heavily forested slopes have been a community landmark for many years. Meyers Ranch is located just behind Arrowhead Manor. With 4 one mile hiking loops, there is something for everyone.
Evergreen Lake
Features include a 40 acre lake, 1 acre park with picnic tables and grills, wetlands, an observation boardwalk, a 1.3 mile long trail, a historical boat/warming house. Dinosaur Ridge
Come discover local dinosaurs at a small museum perfect for families. MNHM is a small teaching museum and field research station focused on Front Range Colorado paleontology. Exhibit highlights include the first Stegosaurus and Apatosaurus bones ever discovered, as well as recently unearthed baby dinosaur footprints featured in Smithsonian magazine.
